The last step is to attach your text to your popcorn box, just as we did with the score line. This will let your Cricut know exactly where it needs to write on your paper. When I got to the canvas page, I changed the copies to 24, and it quickly and easily duplicated all the ornaments I needed. Because my handwriting is atrocious, I opted to use my Cricut to write all of these out on the ornaments, which ended up being a great idea. The design is not so intricate where you would need the grip of the standard mat. On the Make Screen, you’ll set your material. I’ve used a combination of scrapbook paper and cardstock. Glue the sides of the bottom section so there is a pocket for the gift card. Once you have this opened in Design Space, you will need to modify a few things. First change the two lines on the large base piece to score. If you don't have a scoring tool, you can just fold your base piece manually at 2" from one end and 2.5" from the other. If you do not have a scoring tool, you can skip the next step with adding your score line. I highly recommend using a Scoring Stylus or Scoring Wheel as this will make sure your fold is perfectly center.

But, if you want to construct this from paper, you can use any Cricut machine. For something less seasonal, I do have a second design that’s a little more everyday. Once you select your font, resize your text and place it where you want it to go. Next, make sure to change your Operation from Cut to Pen. Select your score line from the Shapes Menu.
This design requires no glue to secure closed. I like to then slip the interlocking petals in and use that as a reference point and then crease the sides. You can score the folding lines if you want with a ruler and creating an indentation with either a credit card or a dedicated scraper. Place small rectangle piece around the middle and secure with glue in the back. Bring edges of the bow to the center and fasten with adhesive.
